Home Delivery Network
Here you can track the progress of items sent using our Home Delivery Network. Simply enter the tracking number of your item.
Your tracking number will be 13 characters long. It will be of the form 8XXX99999999X and can be found at the foot of your labels. An example would be 81WJ00000060A. Please enter your tracking number without spacing.

DHL Road Services
Click here, then choose the "By Ident Code" option for UK Domestic parcels. On the next page enter your tracking number in the 'From Ident Code". The tracking number is always in the format JD000 followed by a 13 digit numeric tracking number with no spaces. An example would be JD0001234567800012.
DHL Air Services
Click here, then enter your tracking reference number in the box titled 'DHL Air Waybill Number' and choose the 'Track' option on the left of the screen.
