What happens?

You simply select the appropriate delivery from our store, place an order by filling out the order form and then adding the order to your shopping cart by clicking the 'add to cart' button. When you have finished ordering you can checkout by clicking on the 'checkout' button at the top right of the page.

All your order details will be checked by our system as you place an order, this includes the weight and dimensions of the parcel. We will assume that the information you give us is complete and accurate and will prepare the documentation on the basis of that information. Any parcel sent which is heavier or bigger than you have stated could be liable for delivery surcharges. We cannot be held responsible for any information that is incorrect and the responsibility for any consequences rest with you. You are responsible for ensuring that the goods you are sending are both legal for transportation within the UK. See terms and conditions for more information.

Once we receive the order we will arrange the collection with City Link. We typically book City Link collections the day before the requested collection date since we find that this gives optimum results with the courier company. We will send you a confirmation e-mail when we place the booking with City Link. You will usually receive your confirmation e-mail the day before the collection so do not worry if you have booked your delivery for some time in advance and you haven't heard from us.

Please note that we process orders up to 5pm on Mon-Fri (exc. Bank Holidays) and are able to book collections for the next working day. Any orders received after 5PM cannot be processed that day and therefore cannot be collected the next working day.

The pick up date and delivery times are not guaranteed as standard on the City Link Economy Services (see terms and conditions) however City Link have a very high pick up success rate and typically deliver within the UK in 1 days.

We will give you a tracking number which will allow you to track your parcel on-line, so you can check where it is at any time.
