We can deliver your parcel to mainland Brazil from anywhere on the UK mainland in just 5-7 working days.

What happens?

You simply select the appropriate delivery from our store, place an order by filling out the order form and then adding the order to your shopping cart by clicking the 'add to cart' button. When you have finished ordering you can checkout by clicking on the 'checkout' button at the top right of the page.

All your order details will be checked by our system as you place an order, this includes the weight and dimensions of the parcel. We will assume that the information you give us is complete and accurate and will prepare the documentation on the basis of that information. Any parcel sent which is heavier or bigger than you have stated could be liable for delivery surcharges. We cannot be held responsible for any information that is incorrect and the responsibility for any consequences rest with you. You are responsible for ensuring that the goods you are sending are both legal to export from the UK and legal to import into the destination country. See terms and conditions for more information.

You can choose to have your parcel picked up from your door or you can drop your parcel off at a local Parcelforce Worldwide depot. You can find your nearest Parcelforce Worldwide depot here. Once we receive the order we will arrange the delivery with Parcelforce. We typically book Parcelforce deliveries the day before the requested collection or drop off date since we find that this gives optimum results with the courier company. When we book the delivery we will at the same time produce a set of labels in Adobe PDF format. We will e-mail these to you and you must print the labels and attach to the parcel before the collection/drop off. You will receive your labels the day before the collection/drop off so do not worry if you have booked your delivery for some time in advance and you haven't heard from us.

Please note that we process orders up to 5pm on Mon-Fri (exc. Bank Holidays) and are able to book deliveries for the next working day. Any orders received after 5PM cannot be processed that day and therefore cannot be collected the next working day.

The pick up date and delivery time cannot be guaranteed as standard (see terms and conditions) however Parcelforce have a very high pick up success rate and typically deliver to mainland Brazil in just 5-7 days. Select the additional option if you would like your parcel to be covered by our 'guaranteed pick up on the day you specify or your money back' promise.

We will give you a tracking number which will allow you to track your parcel on-line, so you can check where it is at any time. You can even see a copy of the signature from the recipient.
