Pick up of a parcel from your specified address and delivery to mainland Germany through DHL. (note that we are not able to deliver to PO Boxes).

You specify the pick up date and address when you checkout of the store, and these will be booked with DHL. The pick up date and delivery time cannot be guaranteed as standard (see terms and conditions) however DHL have a very high pick up success rate and typically deliver to mainland Germany in approx.2 days. Select the additional option above if you would like your parcel to be covered by our 'guaranteed pick up on the day you specify or your money back' promise.

The individual package weight is 10KG, the maximum parcel length is 120CM, the maximum height and width are both 60CM. Parcels delivered through this service are also subject to a maximum dimensional weight which is calculated as the (parcel length in CM x height in CM x width in CM) / 4000. It is important that you confirm that your package is within these weight and size limits by using the dimensional calculator available by clicking the 'More' button below. Any parcel sent which is above the stated limits could be liable to delivery surcharges.
